Hi i've just put my original renault radio back into my car and it'
asking for a code! Could anyone help me out so i don't have to pay fo
a code?

The Radio is a Renault/Philips don't know the model buts the car is a
reg renault clio 1.2rl.

Serial number: RN679FP1168088.

It's probably there to prevent people from being able to use the radio after
it's been stolen, so I doubt that any of us could look it up. I think you're
going to have to go back to the dealer. They might have the code, or, if you
still have your warranty, might just replace the radio.

usually the dealers charge in the range of 50-100$ for that :(

What I dont get however is who would bother stealing those sad stock
radios and why they need a code ....

I have the code generator. remove your radio. on the side there should be a bar code that ends with a letter and three numbers.
send them to me and i will give you your code. Free.
